REAR UPGRADES
Rear rotor upgrades are a great way of improving looks and performance on the rear of your vehicle when regulations from government bodies restrict the use of a hydraulic caliper. These kits in most occasions use a two piece rotor with a spacer bracket to relocate the original caliper in order to accommodate the larger rotors.

GRANDE SPORT
Designed originally to fill the increasing markets of high powered SUV and luxury sports cars, the Grande Sport kits are usually over 370mm/14.5″ in diameter and feature the striking B400RT and B40R 12 piston calipers. Application development of Grande Sport kits concentrates on some of the new generation of ‘super sedans’ such as the RS4, RS6, M5 and C63 AMG. Visually beautiful and with stopping performance to match they are the perfect choice for all performance cars fitted with at least 19″ wheels.
Each kit uses a set of pistons carefully matched to the individual vehicle, so although large, these calipers always retain excellent O.E pedal feel. Rotors are a two-piece configuration to keep the overall weight to a minimum. The rotors are machined from the finest quality European steel billet before being heat treated, faced, and hand finished to create a perfectly flat braking surface. The hat of the rotor is machined from the same high quality alloy as the calipers and is hard anodized for protection from the elements.
As with all TAROX kits the Grande Sport integrates with all modern day driving assistants such as ECS, ABS and dynamic driving aids.
- Hand assembled calipers machined from the highest quality billet alloy
- Heat treated two piece rotors in either Sport Japan or F2000
- Machined alloy mounting brackets with bolts
- Braided & coated brake lines

SPORT
The ‘Sport’ brake kit is where it all began for TAROX brake kits. With most Sport kits available with our B32 6 piston caliper, the direct descendant of the 6 piston caliper used in the first ever TAROX brake kit -developed for the BMW E30 M3 in 1994. The use of high grade alloys to manufacture the caliper and inclusion of two piece rotors, the likes of which had only been seen on the race circuit. TAROX founder Gianni Taroni decision to ignore convention and develop a 6 piston caliper rather than 4, combined with the use of such high quality raw materials was a revolutionary step that affirmed TAROX as a pioneer of performance braking.
Sport kits are the basis of our application guide with over 1000 applications. Sport kits will feature the B32 or B33 caliper with rotor sizes between 300mm/11.8″ and 330mm/13″. Rotors are a two piece configuration and handed – left and right. The focus with a TAROX Sport kit is to ensure an increased level of performance from the system under both street and track conditions with a firm modulated brake pedal, while developing a kit that can be used in the vast majority of occasions with the cars O.E wheels.

- Heat treated two piece rotors in either, Sport Japan or F2000
- Machined alloy mounting brackets with bolts
- Braided & coated brake lines

SUPER SPORT
The Super Sport is an evolution of the original Sport kit. With the recent surge in the performance of Sedans such as the M3 and S4 and the arrival of formidable ‘hot hatches’ such as the VW Golf R and Ford Focus RS. TAROX developed a brand new caliper – the B360-8 and, alongside the B34GT-10 from our motorsport range, this new caliper allows us to offer incredibly formidable kits capable of being used on the street or track. The Super Sport series of kits feature rotor sizes between 340mm/13.4″ and 370mm/14.6″ but when possible will still fit behind OE wheels.
These hugely capable kits will offer a massive amount of extra stopping power, better pedal feel and modulation, and can often reduce un-sprung weight increasing all aspects of handling while looking very striking. With amazing road usability and a proven record in competition the Super Sport kit is a necessary upgrade for the serious driver.
As with all TAROX kits the Super Sport integrates with all modern day driving assistants such as ECS, ABS and dynamic driving aid.

ROADRACE BRAKE FLUID
Race bred – Road legal
TAROX RoadRace brake fluid has been specially formulated to offer the best of both worlds: it delivers outstanding performance under racing conditions where braking systems must operate at very high temperatures, yet it is suitable for every day use where it is essential that a brake fluid conforms to the requirements of car manufacturers. Its high boiling point in excess of 570°F makes it ideal for virtually every race condition.
- Conforms and exceeds industry specifications
UNE 26-109-88
U.S. FMVSS No.116 DOT 4 - Typical dry boiling point – 597ºF
Typical wet boiling point – 400ºF - Not suitable for vehicles requiring a mineral based fluid (LHM).
If in doubt, consult your vehicle handbook.

STRADA
The Strada pads are ideal for street use and everyday driving.
Strada work great from cold and provide immediate response, without pre-heating, while also offering a higher coefficient of friction for improved braking power, improved resistance to high temperatures and a longer service life than O.E materials. They provide an excellent pedal feel and allow full control over braking for the driver.
Strada has been specifically designed to work with our heat treated hand finished range of performance brake rotors.
Capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 1100°F, this pad has an optimum temperature range of 400°F to 650°F.
Coefficient of friction:
Cold 0.37
Hot 0.42

CORSA
The great all rounder, Corsa is track inspired but street proven.
Primarily intended for track day use, the pads can also be used to great effect for street use on more powerful cars. Corsa pads are still effective from cold and therefore give exceptional performance at all temperatures.
The high coefficient of friction gives amazing levels of pedal feel and massive amounts of bite, yet they are not hard on rotors like some track type pads.
Capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 1200°F, this pad has
an optimum temperature range of 400°F to 900°F.
Coefficient of friction:
Cold 0.47
Hot 0.49

F2000
The F2000 transcended from a racing specific rotor into the road range. With the big power increases of modern day sport sedans and hot hatchbacks, combined with the increasing popularity of track days, there was a demand for a rotor which could cope with high operating temperatures and grueling conditions.
The F2000, first developed for use in touring cars over 15 years ago and often found in the TAROX range of big brake kits, has forged a reputation as the toughest performance aftermarket brake rotor available.
Spiral slots are the perfect compromise of cooling and integrity: the F2000 will feature between 7 and 9. As with all TAROX rotors, the F2000 is manufactured using only the highest quality high carbon TUV approved castings and features the unique TAROX heat treatment for strength and durability, final hand balancing for the smoothest finish ensuring perfect contact and a quick bedding-in process and a final, anti-rust treatment.

SPORT JAPAN
As the name implies the Sport Japan was originally designed for the Japanese market, where performance and tough looks are essential.
Sport Japan rotors are one of the only aftermarket performance rotors to still feature fully drilled holes, which is one of the most effective ways of venting hot gases from the brake surface. Although effective, this is an aggressive method of dissipating heat. To ensure ultimate performance and durability all Sport Japan rotors feature countersunk holes strategically placed in order not to affect the rotor’s structural integrity. This method is much more effective than a dimple, as the gas actually leaves the rotor surface into the ventilation channels in the rotor center and away from the braking surface, ensuring the rotor runs even cooler for even longer.
An additional 6 slots on the braking surface act like a wiper, keeping the brake pad from glazing and removing excess dust while providing additional cooling. All Sport Japan rotors are made from the highest quality high carbon TUV approved castings, and feature our unique finishing processes of heat treatment for strength and durability, perfect final balancing to within 0.01mm/0.0004″ for a perfect contact patch and quick bedding-in and a final, anti-rust treatment.

G88
The G88 is the most unique of our brake rotors and is unmistakably TAROX. The reason for this unique appearance is the custom built machinery, designed and made by TAROX to ensure the slots on the G88 are like no other.
The G88’s slots feature an edge to edge design, ensuring absolute maximum dissipation of heat, while incorporating a chamfered leading edge, which ensures that the life of the brake pad is not decreased.
The unique slots allow the G88 to run cooler than any other performance brake rotor tested against it. Its unique looks and unrivaled performance on the street have led it to be a firm favorite for street tuning since its conception in 1988.
As with all of the TAROX performance rotor range, the G88 only uses the highest quality European high carbon TUV approved castings and features the unique TAROX finishing processes of heat treatment for strength and durability, hand finished balancing for a perfectly flat surface allowing for easy bedding-in and a perfect contact patch for maximum braking efficiency and a final, anti-rust treatment.

Zero
Although plain in appearance, the ZERO rotors are far from an original rotor. TAROX Zero rotors are made from special high grade cast blanks, submitted to several levels of heat treatment. An outstanding resistance to high temperatures prevents warping and cracks. The final hand finishing leaves them incredibly smooth allowing them to mate to pads efficiently, increasing life of the rotor and pad.
The ZERO has proved highly successful in both circuit racing – where regulations do not allow modified brake systems – as well as group N competition.
Regular use in international Endurance racing saw the Zero last up to twice as long as a regular plain rotor.
